This is a solid, extremely well-built race car that is perfect for club racing. It is especially effective as an endurance race car, and it is now vintage-eligible. Other than one HPDE event, it has not been used for 14 years, so the car obviously needs some basic maintenance along with new tires, pads and rotors and so on. Also, the Momo seat upholstery has sagged. But after I replaced the battery, the engine started up immediately, and I was able to drive it off the trailer and down my driveway without any issues. To be honest, I thought about going through the car and racing it again myself, but I already have a Spec Miata in my driveway, and I am thinking about selling it as well so I can go the arrive-and-drive route. Still, this is a chance to buy a professionally built car that was professionally maintained for the decade that I raced it.
Again, the car CANNOT be registered for the street.
